Information to the customer

Dear Customer,

pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (art. 13 EU Regulation n. 679 of 2016), the farm Sili Sandro, (henceforth called «il Felciaione» or «Data Controller»), with registered office in Via Podere Ronne Vecchie, cap 58024 Città Massa Marittima (GR), would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data and your family members are carried out with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights.

The processing is also carried out with the help of computer tools for the following purposes:

a) to acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the services requested. Since these processing operations are necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required, unless special data are provided. If you refuse to provide your personal data, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide you with the requested services. The processing will cease on your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following points;
b) in order to comply with the obligation laid down in the “Consolidated Law on Public Security” (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 No. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Questura, for the purposes of public security, the general information of the customers accommodated according to the modalities established by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and does not require your consent, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our structure. The data acquired for this purpose are not stored by us;

c) to fulfil existing administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data are processed by us and by our agents, and are communicated outside only in compliance with legal obligations. If you refuse to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even more in the case of tax assessments);
d) for direct marketing initiatives. To send newsletters, advertising material and/ or communications and information of a commercial and direct marketing on our products, on the relevant offers and on any other promotional initiative we adopt through fully automated systems through the e-mail address. The processing is considered only if the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for the specific purpose. For this purpose your data will be stored until your cancellation request is sent, by clicking on the appropriate link in the newsletters that will be sent to you. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent you gave before the revocation

We would also like to inform you that we may share the personal data collected with third parties (IT solution providers) in accordance with the purposes indicated above. Some recipients of data may be in countries outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Switzerland). The transfer is made by the Data Controller on the basis of the existence of an adequacy decision of the Commission. Finally, we would also like to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, cancellation or restriction or opposition to processing, in addition to the right to data portability, if and to the extent applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), as well as the right to withdraw consent. It may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in accordance with the procedures provided for by current legislation.
