Our agritourism has its own restaurant where you can taste typical Maremma and Tuscan cooking: refined and, at the same time, pure, simple and authentic.
The dishes are made mostly of food coming from our own farm: fruit, vegetables, aromatic plants, extra virgin PGI olive oil and white meat. The other products are carefully selected from local farms and small producers so as to guarantee high quality and genuine produce. The delectable Maremma tortelli (square pasta parcel with a savoury filling) and the egg pasta are all made in our kitchen by the skilful and competent hands of Granny Lea.
We can also offer our guests the chance to combine their dishes with delicious wines coming from the area: Monteregio di Massa Marittima, Val di Cornia, Bolgheri Superiore and Morellino di Scansano.
A special room is available for the tasting of wine and local products.
On request, we can arrange lessons in Tuscan and Maremma cooking.
